Who Is Chris Gibson – Mr ‘Acne Free in 3 Days’?
Chris Gibson is the author of ‘Acne Free in 3 Days’ and someone who has become something of a controversial figure because of his alleged “3 Day Cure”. One of the problems with touting a product that cures a disease like acne is that three days is a very short time with regard to a disease that affects literally millions of people in North America alone.

So is Chris Gibson for real? Is his book any good?
The first thing to note is that I have nothing to do with Chris Gibson and have never met the man. I do promote his book through my site because (with others), I believe it has great merit but I have to say that I approached the “three days” claim with great skepticism.
Haven’t we all heard about these near-instant miracles? Particularly with something as difficult to deal with as acne?
There have been some who have said the ‘Acne Free’ book of Gibson’s is a scam, peddling a lot of misinformation. I was a sceptic and frankly making a ‘fast buck’ from acne is something that doesn’t exactly go down well with those who are struggling to deal with the affliction. Is this all Chris Gibson is?
I have tried and tested the methods and the best research and first-hand information I have shows that the book and its system does in fact work.
I really love the fact that the treatment is completely natural. You don’t need to buy any medicine or try expensive procedures that might not have any effect. All you need to do is to follow a simple, natural treatment, which is safer, less expensive and something you can do from the privacy of your own home.
Essentially the program is one of detoxification, which removes toxins from your major organs so that they do not result in the development of acne. The first thing to note about the book and Chris Gibson’s approach to it is something I personally like – it is natural.
This is not a book prescribining chemicals and pharmaceuticals, which (once again) my experience show can result in major problems with scarring and other much more serious issues, particularly for those who have or who develop issues later in life.
I’m really skeptical about anything promising short-term effects that involve taking pharmaceuticals. Be careful!
Chris Gibson’s program focuses on the creation of hormones that make the skin oily and permit the development of acne. The essence of his program is to remove all sources of acne from the body through the detoxification process.
My personal experience showed that after three days using the program I had not actually lost all my acne but it was very considerably reduced and controllable.

But here’s the most significant thing – while the program may take a little longer than the claimed three days, the overwhelming majority of those who try it find it works. It may not (and clearly cannot) work for everyone, but nor does those chemicals that are sold so widely by the drug companies. Not only are they costing a fortune, but they are also creating a chemical build-up that has significant short- and long-term effects.
So Chris Gibson gets my thumbs up, notwithstanding the naysayers. Still, they’ve got their acne to comfort them!
